Suggested starting point: because the ebook is delivered instantly as a digital file, completed purchases are generally not refundable, except where you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged twice for the same order.
If you were charged but cannot download, contact support with your order reference. Orders that were never paid are not charged and need no cancellation.
